Please read and understand my terms thoroughly before ordering. By commissioning me, the commissioner hereby reads and agrees to Mikha's Terms of Service.

  • As an artist, I have the right to refuse a request for any reason I may/may not disclose

  • All the items in my pricelist are subject to change, mainly during sales and for more complex requests

  • All my commissions will be watermarked. The commissioner will be charged should they wish to remove it (fee specified under each category)

  • I DO NOT SUPPORT NFTs AND WILL NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE USED FOR SUCH INTENTIONS. I do not welcome discussions or any instances of my art being used as an NFT

RESERVATION

  • Send an enquiry through Discord DM. Once I have confirmed the enquiry, send me a character reference along with the specific requests (pose, colour palette, props, etc)

  • A 50% upfront payment must be made in order for me to proceed to sketching

  • The remaining payment must be completed after colouring for me to finalise the commission process

  • The commissioner will be charged with tax on both transactions for upfront payments made in the pre-sketch and post-colouring stages (see disclaimers for details)

  • During the process, the commissioner will receive watermarked snapshots of the progress for them to approve or revise

PROCESS & DELIVERY

  • For anything other than headshot/bust, I begin with thumbnailing: making a very rough sketch (almost like a map of where things and characters are) to conceptualise the commissioner's request. After the thumbnail is approved, a 50% upfront payment is made. I then proceed to sketching

  • For headshots & bust shots, I will sketch roughly and the same steps above will occur

  • Progress will be provided for the commissioner in every stage: sketching, colouring, rendering to ensure no refunds

  • The commissioner is only allowed 3 revisions: 2 major and 1 minor. These revisions may be used up or not used at all. It is the commissioner's choice. Any more revisions will be charged based on complexity

  • Major revisions include: major thumbnail/sketch revision, pose change, lighting change, adding add-ons, and any revisions post-rendering. These are where the artwork changes the most. Given these chances, I will not do revisions after the commission is finished

  • Turnaround times can be anywhere between a few weeks to 3 months. It should not take any longer than 3 months. I work on requests based on complexity and the availability in my personal schedule. Consider paying a priority fee of 5$ if you would like it to be done faster

  • If I encounter issues that might delay the turnaround time, I will notify the commissioner as soon as I can

  • Regardless of the platform you found me and my art on, I only process enquiries made in my Discord direct messages through Mik#0652. If you would like to commission me, make sure you have a Discord account to communicate with me

  • I will not take commissions through other platform's messaging features. I will direct the commissioner to Discord, as the process will be more streamlined for me. Communication in Discord is also more convenient for commissions as it allows sending high res image previews and is overall much more efficient

REFUND POLICY

  • See disclaimers for why I have an almost no refund policy

  • I will not process any refunds if:

  • The commission has been finished with the commissioner's approval in each stage of the commission process

  • In the middle of the process, the commissioner wants to cancel for personal reasons, such as they do not like the artwork, they want to change to another artist, etc

  • For any reason/circumstance the commissioner is unable to pay the remaining half of the payment

  • I will only process refunds if:

  • i am unable to start a commission for any reason/circumstance, and the commissioner has paid half upfront

  • I am unable to finish a commission for any reason/circumstance, and the commissioner has paid half upfront

  • The commissioner cancels the order before I start the commission, and the commissioner has paid half upfront

USAGE POLICY

  • Strictly for personal use

  • I ask to be notified for any form of sharing or reposting. The important clauses are below

I, Mikha as the artist,
claim the rights to the artwork.
The commissioner is allowed to:

  • Use the commission for personal use and entertainment

  • Share the commission on their social media, use it as their profile picture/header, use it for a fanfiction cover, etc with my knowledge and express permission beforehand and with credit

You, as the commissioner,
claim the intellectual properties of the artwork.
The commissioner is not allowed to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork commercially in any way, shape, or form

  • Use or include the artwork in any form of monetised content

  • Reproduce my artwork in any way, shape, or form, in a small scale or en masse

  • Claim the artwork as their own

  • Remove the watermark without my express consent and without paying the watermark fee

  • Alter or manipulate the artwork without my express consent

I reserve the full rights to the artwork and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Mild gore

  • OC & Fanart

  • Kemonomimi

  • Simple weapons/props

  • Simple BG

  • Simple outfits

  • Heavy gore

  • Mild/heavy NSFW

  • Animals/furries

  • Mecha/armoury

  • >3 characters

  • Complex BG/props

  • I accept Nitro gifts

  • I accept and prefer payments through PayPal and Western Union

  • I accept payments through bank transfers and local payment methods. This includes: ShopeePay, BCA, Mandiri, and any Indonesian bank. Payments from non-BCA accounts will be charged with tax, which should already be covered by the commissioner

  • I accept any real currency paid through PayPal and Western Union. The commissioner will cover the tax (see disclaimers for details)

  • I do not accept game currency. If I am offered any form of game currency in place of real currency, I will cancel the commission without further notice

  • The commissioner will pay twice in halves. There will be two transactions: the first 50% must be made after I finish the thumbnail, the second 50% must be made after I finish base colours

  • I charge a bit more in each transaction to cover the conversion and transfer fee, so that I am paid in full. The commissioner will pay around $2 - $4 more than the 50% base price per transaction

  • All the prices I have listed in this Carrd are listed in USD only for convenience

  • Due to strict laws and regulations in my country, it is difficult to make international payments especially through PayPal. For this reason, I have an almost no refund policy. The exceptions I've listed still apply. The commissioner will be receiving the refund through wire transfer (Western Union)
